Job summary

We’re looking for a Technical Solutions Architect to join our team. Your primary role will be to ensure Arcanna’s successful integration and utilization by our customers. You will work closely with clients to define and implement the best-fit solutions into their production environments, making sure that Arcanna is an integral part of their success story.

Responsibilities

Understand and define client needs
Design, build, and implement solutions to address business problems
Integrate Arcanna as a fundamental part of proposed solutions
Conduct demos and presentations
Create test environments and validate new functionalities
Learn and test new products, leveraging the latest technologies for problem-solving proposals
Write documentation
Perform handovers, knowledge transfer and training for customers
Define technical requirements and transform business requirements into specifications
Proactively think of product improvements
Capture feedback from customers and structure it into product feature requests

About you

Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a cybersecurity analyst or engineer
Experience working as a consultant or in a customer-facing role is a plus
Strong knowledge of SOC processes and best practices
Experience with the installation and configuration of security tools: SIEM, SOAR, EDR, etc.
Capable of independently finding solutions to complex problems
Fast learner, able to assimilate new concepts and apply them in production environments
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ability to define and extract business value from the implementation of technical solutions
Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
Strong verbal and written communication skills
IT engineering/computer science diploma or proven experience in cybersecurity is a must
Cybersecurity related certifications and courses are considered a great plus
